ZUNI SUNRISE

Om Sai Ram Beloved Bhaktas
This morning, after neglecting a promise to do more Yoga stretches and to awaken earlier than my usual time, I vowed to be more diligent in my sadhana. I listened to the captivating English version of the Suprabhatam and chanted on my mala beads to various deities.

I spread my quilt to do a series of Yogi Hari asanas. As I was performing deep breathing I suddenly remembered a beautiful song I used to sing when I was young. I believe I learned this while away at camp. The name of the song is Zuni Sunrise, a sublime Native American sunrise chant that reminds me of Suprabhatam.
