I had a rather bizarre dream last night, early morning. First let me give some background: years ago when I was living in a basement in Queens, NY, Swami came in a very peculiar dream. I was undergoing some karmic stuff and kept praying to Baba for help.
This excerpt describing the dream is from Sai Rapture:
"I sat in a chair in the basement apartment. I sensed Swami standing behind me. I thought to myself let me remain perfectly still, so He doesn't disappear. Swami placed His holy hands on my neck and bent down and said, “You know why you fall asleep....? BECAUSE OF WITCHCRAFT!” Stunned I answered, “O Baba, when will these people leave us alone?” Swami responded, “Don't worry it will get better...just like Ana and the robe in the Bible.” I said curiously, “Do you mean I was Ana in the past?” Then just as quickly I corrected myself, “I didn't mean to be slick.” Swami replied, “It's not a question of being slick.” Just then my husband interrupted us, “What's going on here?” Swami didn't look pleased with this disruption. I interceded on his behalf, “Swami will you see him?” Swami gave a lukewarm consent, I could hear my husband repeating “Jnana (wisdom) Baba, Jnana!” as I walked away." ~Sai Rapture, The Ecstatic Journey of a Modern Day Gopi
So, in this encounter with our Lord Sai the name Ana was mentioned. Again in this dream last night the name Ana was heard. In the dream there was a woman who was hidden away for many years. After a long time she was allowed to come out of this place. She walked out of with two children under her protection. An evil organization wanted to abduct her and waited for her. They seized the woman and placed her into a sack and sped off with her. Another organization who was apparently good was able to track her and maintain contact with her thru some advanced equipment. This good organization communicated to the woman that she should cough when she came out of the car and then they would rescue her disguised a a medical team. When the evil organization arrived at their destination they walked the woman out of the car. The woman started coughing vigorously. Immediately a team from the good organization rescued her and sped away. They were pursued relentlessly by this evil organization. The evil ones threw bombs leveling part of a village trying to get to this woman. Finally the evil organization approached a nunnery. They threatened to blow the up the nunnery if Ana did not give herself up. After some time a number of nuns stepped out from their rooms each one said: "I am Ana" "I am Ana" "I am Ana" and so on - dozens of nuns saying the same thing: "I am Ana."
The evil men became very confused then the dream changed:
These same men were pursuing Sai Baba. Trying to shoot Him. They hid behind a rock. An immense shadow of Swami's shape appeared with the huge halo of hair. The men took aim
and as they were about to shoot, the shadow disappeared and then reappeared in another area. Over and over this happened. Then at some point the men became very disoriented and confused. There appeared a wavy mirage like what you would see in a desert coming towards them. Swami showed Himself full and beautiful in front of the men. He bent over and stared down at them. The men exclaimed in a state of great bewilderment "Who Are You? What Are You!!!?"
Swami replied, firmly and powerfully: "HE AND I ARE THE SAME"
I then woke up. Still trying to figure this one out!
