SAI CHARIOT, 02/09/20
Om Sai Ram Blessed Devotees of Lord Sai,
Our beloved Father Baba takes care of every detail of our Lives. He is the Divine charioteer who guides and protects us. Holy of Holies, the Light in the darkened cavern of our hearts. We bow with utter reverence and supreme Love at His Lotus feet.
This morning a lovely dream carried me aloft to a Divine loka. In the dream:
I found myself in a garden-like setting with a group of devotees and my husband. The grounds we were on appeared spacious and elegant. I spotted a car next to a large Mansion house. As I observed the car, on the license plate was written "SAIRAM". I became very excited and wanted to know more about the owner of the car. We strolled around the estate and suddenly found ourselves inside the house. A woman came out and greeted us, she offered us some food as we sat inside. I longed to ask about the car and the license plate that had "Sai Ram" written on it. Somehow, we kept getting distracted and interrupted.
Finally. I spoke to the woman alone and said, "I want to inquire about your car. You have 'SAIRAM' as the license plate. She replied, but, I couldn't really understand what she said, it was not clear, it was about her connection with Swami. Then, there was another interruption. I think, her husband came in and began offering us pineapples. I got to speak to her again, a little later, and she said to me "You are constantly thinking about Baba and always want to be there with him. She said that she wasn't as strong a devotee. Again, there were more disruptions and at some point the dream started to fade.
When I woke up I pondered this dream, I thought about Lord Sai Krishna in the Bhagavad Gita as the charioteer who guides and protects us. I felt this was the main meaning and thrust of the dream. A little later in the morning, out of the blue, I came across an article that shed more light on this dream:
"During an interview, Swami asked our young son to ask Him a question.
The boy said, “Swami, which is your favourite car?”
My heart sank and I thought to myself, “Is this the question to ask Swami? Time with Swami is so precious!”
Swami gave a lovely smile and answered, “Morris Minor” and went on to tell stories of how He used to drive to Madras and how He obtained a license.
“You used to drive it yourself Swami?” Exclaimed the boy, stars in His eyes!
Swami had woven a bit of magic and our son looked at Swami transfixed.
Swami went on to say, “I will give you a big car. Will you take it? You mustn’t say no!”
And the boy, a bit overawed by now, said, “OK!”
Swami then asked, “Will you give me your car?”
Prompt came the answer, “Sure Swami!”
“Shall I drive it?”
And the boy again said, “Sure, Swami.”
Swami then smilingly placed His hand on our son’s heart and said, “Your heart is the car and I am the driver.”

Swami you are Ever Present, You are controlling and shaping the tides of our destiny. All the elements are at your disposal. Please help us to sit back, relax and and enjoy the ride.( I'm thinking of changing my license plate to Sairam😉)
Lots of Happiness to all,
Sonya Ki
