Dear Friends,
Here's a sweet little story I think you'll enjoy reading.
Sonya and I had purchased two bags of cat food for our new kitty Rama. A few days ago I wondered who I could give the big 10 lb. bag to, since it was way too much food for little Rama to eat and I had already opened the bag. I stored this thought in the back of my mind.
Last night while Sonya and I were taking our sunset walk, we passed a lady walking her dog and struck up a conservation with her .
Lo and behold, it turns out she was feeding six white Ferrel bobcats.
She and her husband had gone to the trouble of catching all six in traps,
having them all spayed and neutered at their own expense. Now they are
feeding these 6 cats twice per day. What beautiful animal lovers they are!

Well, seemingly out of the blue, the thought popped into my mind, "David - you
can give this lady the big bag of kitty chow." So I asked her if she'd like some extra cat food and she eagerly accepted. I carried the bag back to her house, as she merrily shared stories with me about how she acquired two abandoned dogs and one cat.
God is Good and He let me "Pay it Forward" to one of my new animal-loving neighbors.
Thanks Elizabeth for all of the fine birdseed you've shared with our outdoor birds over the past year.
Aloha Nui Loa, David
