I SURRENDER TO YOU BABA
OM SAI RAM BELOVED BHAKTAS
Our celestial Swami appeared in my dream this morning, dropping his precious gems of wisdom and solace into our awareness.
I must first say, that I have struggled with feeling anger and resentment towards our new president for the disrespect, contempt, falsehoods and attacks on climate change, social safety nets, women, healthcare, housing, free press etc.
A dear Sai friend also confided that she was experiencing mental upset and disturbed feelings. It appears that during a meeting she was at, some of the people present discussed the new president's inauguration with such happiness and acceptance despite the controversy surrounding him. She wondered how they could be so joyful and dismissive of such unrighteous behavior.
However, throughout all this, my main solace has been chanting God's name and Swami's assurance that Truth and Righteousness will always triumph. We just have to maintain steadfast faith.

In the dream:
Our beautiful Sai Baba was seated on His throne in front of a group of women and myself. He suddenly started speaking to me in Telugu (an Indian dialect). I couldn't understand what He was saying. Then He showed me what He wanted. Our Divine Leela Lord rose from His throne and prostrated His whole body on the ground in front of us. He then sat back on His throne. I said, "Baba you want me to prostrate?" and He nodded. There were other ladies next to me. So, I wasn't sure if He meant me. But He kept looking directly at me. I got up from my seat and prostrated full body before the Lord of the Universe.

The blessed Lord has a profound message for everyone. We see so little of the divine plan, caught in the misty, murky trap of maya, entangled in sensual desires and binding actions we float in a bubble world of our own creation. God's Will is supreme and unfathomable, our ultimate duty & devotion is to surrender completely to His guidance and all knowing presence. We can facilitate this total surrender by enveloping ourselves in sadhana (spiritual study & practice) and selfless service. For me chanting the divine name is key, it brings such bliss and contentment lifting me beyond the temporal to the eternal, limitless realms of being.
I pray that our transcendental Sathya Sai Baba will saturate our being, awareness with the bliss and wisdom of His all powerful presence.

Dearest Embodiments of the Divine
I would to share with you a sweet leela update. The same dear Sai devotee friend referenced in the above article called me after reading my Sai dream she said:
Almost immediately after seeing the dream, she was listening to Radio Sai and heard the following account, paraphrased: A former student of Swami, now in an important Indian government position, said that when he has problems, He was guided (either through a dream, vision or in person) to prostrate before Swami's feet. Then Swami touched his head and said, "You go now. I will take care..." So he advised the young adults and the students that he was addressing to use the mantra he uses when he is faced with a challenge, to prostrate before Swami's feet and ask for help.
Our beloved Baba is telling us to not fret or worry HE WILL TAKE CARE. We just have to surrender all our difficulties at His Lotus Feet. And not allow fear, anger or any negative emotions to rule our consciousness and hearts.
