Om Sai Ram
I just had an extraordinary celestial experience. This morning David and I went into the prayer room
to practice a chakra exercise. We chanted the primary Bija mantra for each chakra while simultaneously visualizing a swirling wheel of the appropriate color at each chakra center.
We started with Lam (pronounced Lum) at the root chakra, red wheel; Vam at the second chakra, orange wheel; Ram at the solar plexus, yellow wheel; Yam at the heart center, pink wheel; Ham at the throat chakra, turquoise blue wheel;
When we got to the third eye chakra. I told David to visualize indigo space with all the whirling stars and planets. We did this with the sound of Om seven times. At some point as I was chanting and seeing the whirling stars and endless indigo space, I saw Sai Avatar with a long paddle stirring my third eye chakra.
This went on for some time. Then as we moved to the crown chakra with Om again seven times and a white wheel. I experienced such an amazing sense of spaciousness. I felt so vast as if my body had suddenly become so tiny and insignificant. My real being was incredibly vast and endless. This experience of absolute expansiveness lingered right through the chanting and into a meditation afterwards.
Om Sai Ram!
